Ski and Snowboard in Australia

	There are several ski areas in Australia, located in the Australian Alps in New South Wales, ACT and Victoria. Popular locations include Thredbo, Perisher, Hotham and Falls Creek to name a few. For those who have limited time, Mt Buller is within easy reach from Melbourne, and can be done as a day trip.
	Most Australian ski resort accommodation is off piste, although there are a few exceptions. Several resorts have snow machines available to boost cover when needed.
